The service is unreliable

Honestly, I expected so much more. After all the promises and nice words at the start — what I got in the end was a complete disappointment. The quality of the services provided leaves a lot to be desired. It feels like they're just going through the motions, doing the bare minimum to close the deal and collect the money. Attention to detail and a personalized approach? Forget about it — there's no trace of that here. Deadlines were missed, and communication was practically non-existent. I had to constantly chase them down myself, figure out what stage things were at, and basically pull information out of them with pliers. Whenever I pointed out problems, all I got were excuses or empty promises to "fix everything" — promises that, of course, were never kept. The final result doesn't match either the level they advertised or the amount of money I paid. For that kind of money, you have every right to expect a completely different level of quality and customer service. The overall impression is that they simply don't care whether a client comes back or not. I'm giving two stars only because at least something was eventually delivered. I won't be recommending this to anyone, and I won't be coming back myself. A real shame about the wasted time, nerves, and money.
